Our clients in the news: September 2016

As the world focused on the G20 Summit that took place in China, our clients kept their eye on the prize and got some great media coverage as a result.

Bullhorn
Artificial Intelligence is everywhere. Siri and Google Now are organising our lives, while Netflix and YouTube use AI to predict what we’re going to watch next and make suggestions accordingly.

But have you considered how AI is changing sales? Bullhorn’s Mike Restivo has, and wrote a piece for Sales Initiative on the topic – an interesting read indeed!

Nucleus
Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending is a well-known term, but P2P has evolved. The sector has changed over the years to the point where P2P lending often isn’t peer-to-peer at all, more institution to peer. To clear up some of the confusion, Nucleus CEO Chirag Shah suggests in this article in International Banker that the term either has to be redefined or retired.

Always championing SMEs Chirag also took some time this past month to write a piece for Business Advice on what small businesses can do to keep their cash flow positive.

Sonovate
No stranger to awards, Sonovate featured in the National Business Awards supplement in The Times last month. The company is shortlisted in the Innovation Award category.

Sonovate’s Richard Prime also commented on the issue of young disrupters being expected to fail in an article that appeared in the same supplement. He noted that there was a lot of skepticism when Sonovate first started, mostly because people did not truly understand what the company was offering. However, despite this skepticism the business grew and became successful!

sales-i
With Brexit still very much front of mind, many companies are unsure of how to proceed in this time of uncertainty. sales-i CEO Paul Black believes that businesses should focus on customer data to determine the true state of events. He shared his views on the topic with Real Business and Small Business last month.

Furthermore, drilling down to the issues that matter to its customers, Paul also wrote a piece for Fastener & Fixing Magazine on why mobile technology is important for sales.

If you want your company to feature in these publications (and on our blog!) give Luke a call, he can make it happen.
