Their Brief

Zycko is an international distributor of leading-edge IT solutions, covering technology for every part of the business IT infrastructure. 

Zycko enlisted TopLine to raise the distributor’s profile and those of its vendors to the reseller and channel community, while also supporting resellers in raising their own profiles and highlighting the benefits of their solutions through the IT end-user media. 

What We Did

TopLine launched a full-range B2B PR campaign, including case studies of successful new project implementations placed in the channel, IT and trade media, and the production of articles, letters and other thought leadership pieces in channel media. By organising a regular interview programme with both the channel and business end-user media we maintain the profiles of Zycko spokespeople. We produce optimised video content that showcases Zycko's participation at industry events such as IP Expo. The strategic release of company news works in tandem with reactive media relations to provide a full, ongoing communications service.

Results

TopLine's strategic communications programme positioned Zycko among the movers and shakers of the UK channel scene, with increased visibility and thought leadership playing a key role in helping it establish 20 new vendor relationships.
