We helped Fidelity PI use animation as part of an internal communications campaign around customer service values.
Fidelity PI wanted to engage with its employees and get them on board with its customer service values. Rather than a dry internal memo, PI wanted to do something different and engaging.
What We Did
We worked with the CEO, who had a clear concept and character idea, to produce a playful animation featuring the head of the company and a mascot that spoke directly to employees. We created a storyboard and illustrated this video frame by frame to develop a bespoke cartoon. The client was delighted with the result.
